Prices and estimates

Every price on this site is a market range drawn from the published sources cited on the page, not an offer. The cost estimator produces an estimate from the answers you give it and the same published ranges. Your actual price is confirmed before work starts, once the crew can see the tank, the lid and the access.

Guides and advice

The guides describe how septic systems, Georgia rules and county procedures generally work. They are not an inspection of your system, legal advice, or a substitute for what the county environmental health office tells you about your property. County fees, rules and forms change; we date our pages and cite the sources so you can check the current position.

Emergencies

If sewage is backing up into your home, stop using water and call. Do not rely on a web form for an emergency.
