## Using this site

You may read, print and share the pages here for your own use. The text, layout and graphics belong to Alcovy Septic; please do not republish them as your own.

## Prices and estimates

Every price on this site is a market range drawn from the published sources cited on the page, not an offer. The cost estimator produces an estimate from the answers you give it and the same published ranges. Your actual price is confirmed before work starts, once the crew can see the tank, the lid and the access.

## Guides and advice

The guides describe how septic systems, Georgia rules and county procedures generally work. They are not an inspection of your system, legal advice, or a substitute for what the county environmental health office tells you about your property. County fees, rules and forms change; we date our pages and cite the sources so you can check the current position.

## Emergencies

If sewage is backing up into your home, stop using water and call. Do not rely on a web form for an emergency.

## Third-party links

We link to county, state and federal pages, and to cost-data publishers, so you can check our numbers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

## Limits

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Alcovy Septic is not liable for losses arising from relying on general information here rather than an inspection of your own system.
