## What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you type: name, phone number, email address if you give one, ZIP code, the service you selected and anything you write in the message box. Our forms are delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to us by email. If you call, we keep the phone number and the details of the job.

The site also loads a small amount of anonymous usage data (pages viewed, referring site, device type) if analytics is enabled. It does not identify you personally.

## What we use it for

To call or email you back about the job you asked about, to schedule and invoice work, and to keep service records for the tank we pumped. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

## Who else sees it

Form submissions pass through Formspree's servers. Email is handled by our email provider. Where work is arranged with a partner crew, we share only what is needed to do the job: the address, the phone number and the description of the problem.

## How long we keep it

Service records are kept as long as they are useful to you and to us, since a dated pumping record matters for county credits and house sales. Enquiries that never become jobs are deleted on request.

## Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, the provider may set a cookie or use cookieless counting depending on the tool. Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop the site working.

## Your choices

Write to info@septictankpumpinglawrenceville.com and ask us to send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you would rather not have your details on a website form at all, call instead.

## Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses arranging septic work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
